Technical Specifications
nutraxPulse doses inline through high-frequency, low-volume pulses, ensuring a homogeneous and stable mixture with rapid response to system changes in hydroponic crops.
General configuration: nutraxPulse is a complete unit mounted on an anodized aluminum rack, featuring the nutraxHC10 controller, dosing pumps, and an irrigation pump control panel ready for connection. It offers a robust, modular design with easy maintenance.
Irrigation programs: Up to 4 time windows, with adjustable start and stop times.
Fertilization programs: Definition of pH and EC setpoints, with automatic monitoring and corrections; configurable injection rate and flow.
Injection (pumps): Basic configuration with 3 peristaltic pumps for concentrated solution (A, B, and pH acid), expandable up to eight pumps. Maximum flow rate: 11 L/h. Also available with variable-flow peristaltic pumps (1–100 L/h).
Alarms: Notifications of pH and EC out of range, and of irrigation absence detected through pressure measurement.
Event logs: Historical record of injected volumes, pH and EC values (measured and corrected), and executed irrigations.
Remote management: Online multi-platform access (computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone), with no software installation required. Real-time connectivity via MQTT protocol over WiFi network.
